ThinkBond? 1是一款針對各類難粘基材的表面活性劑，尤其是很難附著的金屬基材如鍍鎳 鋼、銅件、鍍鋅鋼等等，非金屬如塑料、陶瓷等也能較好的提高其附著力。

應用和處置

基材表面處理 -  清理基材表面的油脂以及灰塵。

稀釋和施工 - ThinkBond? 1 一般推薦稀釋使用，建議采用無水甲醇或無水乙醇來稀釋，稀 釋比例按施工工藝和要求而定，金屬表面推薦 1 : 1~3（原液:稀釋劑），非金屬表面推薦 1 : 5~8；ThinkBond? 1 可采用刷涂、擦拭、浸涂、噴涂等多種應用方式；

干燥 - ThinkBond? 1 干燥很快，室溫下放置 5-10 分鐘即可完全干燥；干燥后應盡快進行下 一步的涂粘合劑涂覆工作；

防護措施

ThinkBond? 1 是無毒性，無重金屬的環(huán)保產品，但是長期吸入揮發(fā)的溶劑是對身體有害的。 我們建議使用時需要佩戴口罩，盡量保持通風的環(huán)境。皮膚長期直接接觸可能會引起過敏。 本品為工業(yè)品，吞食可能致命?。。?/span>如果誤食，不會引起嘔吐，但是必須就醫(yī)！

注意事項

原液開封應盡快用完；稀釋用的容器必須干凈，稀釋好的產品最好存放在閉口容器內防止 揮發(fā)或吸水；原液未使用完的，須密封保存！

儲存條件

產品需密封保存在陰涼、干燥、通風良好的地方， 遠離熱源、陽光直射、明火。

Description

ThinkBond? 1 is a clear surface treatment agent for various special substrates which are hard to be  bonded,  it  can  promote the  adhesion  between  metal  substrates  like  nickle  plating  steel, galvanized steel, brass etc., and non-metal substrates like plastics, ceramic materials etc. with adhesives.

Application

Surface Preparation - Remove grease and dust of substrates prior to ThinkBond? 1 application.

Dilution & Applying - Usually, ThinkBond? 1 should be diluted. Use anhydrous ethanol or

anhydrous methanol as diluent. Dilution ratio depended by application condition in field or requirements. 1:1~3 is recommended for metal substrates, 1:5~8 for non-metal substrates. Apply ThinkBond? 1 by dipping, brush or spray methods.

Dry - ThinkBond? 1 is a fast-drying product, 5-10 mins dry at room temperature is enough. It requires operate next step ASAP such as apply adhesives after ThinkBond? 1 drying.

Protective Methods

ThinkBond? 1 is non-toxic, non-heavy metal environmentally friendly product, but long-term

inhalation of volatile solvents is harmful to the body. We recommend that you wear a mask and try to maintain a ventilated environment. Long-term direct skin contact may cause allergies.

The product can be fatal is swallowed. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting but call a physician immediately.

Caution

ThinkBond? 1 should be used up ASAP after the original container was opened; all the packages require keep clean, the diluted product should be kept closed to avoid evaporation or water

absorption; the original container must be kept closed if the product didn’t used up.

Storage

The product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from heat sources, direct sunlight and open flame.
